Dates: Tue, Oct 11 and Wed, Oct 12 – You’re welcome to attend one or both days

Time: Pre-show hours: 0700-0830

What to expect: A guided session consisting of pre-workout assessments, scaled training session, post-workout recovery and data analysis of real-time training data.
