About BeaverFit

Where did the name BeaverFit come from?

Beaver is the family name of the UK founder, Tom Beaver. BeaverFit was established in the United Kingdom in 2010 as the offshoot of a family bridge-building business – Beaver Bridges – and began with a simple functional fitness rig, custom-built for British SAS paratroopers. In 2013, BeaverFit partnered with former US Navy Riverines to introduce the container gym to the US military and establish operations in North America. As a result of this unique partnership, BeaverFit exploded globally, quickly growing to be the worldwide leader in human performance solutions for American, British and allied military forces. Order Information

How do I find the BFUSA# for my order?

There are several places to identify your BFUSA Order number: 

  • The BFUSA# is provided to the contracting or purchasing point of contact via email confirmation or order.

  • If you have a Performance Locker (a containerized gym), check for a sticker on the white dry erase board on the inside of the door. 

  • Check for the reference number on the delivery paperwork or Bill of Lading.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes, BeaverFit proudly offers 15% off of all products found on our Grey Man Gear website to active duty and retired military personnel as well as first responders. To qualify, use the ID verification tool found at checkout. For information on purchasing other BeaverFit products not found on the Grey Man Gear website, please contact sales@beaverfitusa.com

What is the warranty on my product?

BeaverFit is committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers. As such we offer a robust warranty on all of our products. Please refer to the Warranty Page for specific information on your product. For Grey Man Gear products, please refer to the specific product pages for warranty information. If you have any questions regarding the warranty or need to make a warranty claim please email support@beaverfitusa.com.


Can I pick up my equipment from your warehouse to avoid shipping charges?

Currently only the Beyond Trailer products are available for pick up at our Reno HQ. Please work with your sales representative for scheduling pick up of your Beyond Trailer if you choose that option.

Where can I find installation instructions?

Installation instructions should be included with your order, but if you misplace them, simply complete THIS FORM and we will get back to you with Installation Instructions as soon as possible. You can also check out our YouTube page with installation clips.

I lost my inventory documents, where do I find another?

Email us at support@beaverfitusa.com with your BFUSA order number and we will get back to you with an Inventory Checklist as soon as possible.

I received an inventory checklist but I need help identifying certain items.

Is BeaverFit involved in any community service organizations?

BeaverFit proudly supports many local, regional, and national organizations and nonprofits. A few of the organizations we support can be found below. We receive many requests so please allow for 2-3 business days of response time.

Does BeaverFit offer sponsorships?

We receive many requests for equipment and other types of donations, support, and sponsorships. While we can’t support everything, we certainly invite you to share information about yourself and your goals, and where BeaverFit can help support. Please also allow us 2-3 business days to respond.
